Sudhakar Pantula
Armed with a degree in Industrial Engineering and having 18 years of experience in IT across a number of industries he is the founder director of wiSHE. He has great experience with start-ups and is responsible for many successful start-ups.
He has experience of working in industry sectors like Pertroleum, Heavy Industries, Oil & Gas, Steel, Mining, Banking, Insurance, Power, Travel and he has been working on EHS system implementations for the last decade and his work has taken him across countries like USA, UAE, Australia, Thailand, Singapore.
Narayana Vedula
Has a Post Graduate in Public Administration and Post Graduate Diploma in HR&IH and has professional certifications in Certified Software Quality Professional and Lead Auditor.
Has vast experience of over 13+ years in the areas of implementing Integrated Management Systems for over 100+ organisations on Quality, Safety, Health and Environment.
He has assisted many organisations in pursuing business excellence, designing and implementing HR practices. He has trained over 15000 personnel on management systems and soft skills and over 1500 auditors.
He has the experience of working in industries linked to energy, IT, ITES, Education, Logistics, Commercial banks, Atomic Energy, Steel, Zinc, Medical Equipment, Sea Ports, Defence Establishments, Thermal Power Plants, Shipping, Retail Auto Components, Fertilizer Plants, Sugar Mills, Chemical, Petroleum, Distilleries, Food, Testing Laboratories, Engineering, Maintenance Depots, Wood products.

Sagar Pilli
Sagar is a technical architect with around 8 years of experience in ERP domain. As a technical architect he provided solutions to SAP and non-SAP systems. As a SAP ABAP Certified Lead Consultant he provided solutions to various SAP Implementation, Production Support, Roll-out, Upgrade and Internal projects for Manufacturing, Utilities, Insurance, Automobile, Electronics and FMCG Industries. He is specialized in SAP SD, MM and FI modules. Having hands on experience in EHS, PP, PM, ESS, HR, SCM, WM, Insurance and BASIS modules. He is having strong expertise in implementing integration solutions between SAP and non-SAP systems. He is having strong expertise in implementing SAP implementation and production support methodologies. He worked as a Software Quality Lead to support the baseline verification process.
He is having experience in working with customers from USA, Australia and India.
His responsibilities includes experience in requirement gathering from the customers, mapping business requirements to technical solutions, preparing functional specifications, technical specifications, estimating efforts, reviewing the code, performing unit testing and tracking the deliverables status.
